Pastoral Support & Teaching Assistant
We are looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic person to support children across the whole school. The successful candidate must be able to support all staff across the school, in addition to working with individuals and small groups of children. They will also support children and families in overcoming barriers to learning, and promote welfare, attendance and well-being of all pupils. Through doing this they will assist children with their learning and pastoral needs, enabling them to achieve the work set by the class teacher and deliver intervention and support programmes. Experience of working in a school is desirable but not essential as support and training will be put in place for the successful candidate.
